Andy Lancaster leads the vision for learning at the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the creation of learning solutions to support HR, learning and organisational development people professionals worldwide. He has more than 30 years' experience in organisational learning in commercial, technological, and not-for-profit organizations. He regularly speaks at conferences on behalf of CIPD and is the author of the award-winning book “Driving Performance Through Learning”. Andy’s family have been supporters of The Leprosy Mission for many years. He is the current Chair, the designated trustee responsible on behalf of the Board for safeguarding and Chair of the Personnel and Bursaries Committee. He is also part of the leadership team at Windsor Baptist Church.
