Arminda has more than 25 years' experience in HR Management. Prior to joining The Leprosy Mission in 2008, she held HR Management positions in manufacturing and IT outsourcing companies. 

Arminda has responsibility for HR and Volunteer Management policies at TLMEW. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is passionate about helping people develop to their full potential.
