Young people
We're passionate about helping children and young people understand more about leprosy and how they can help those it affects.
If you want to engage young people at your church or school with the issues surrounding leprosy and inspire them to make a difference, take a look at our downloadable resources. You can also find more general resources by clicking here.
Church resources for children
Our resources for churches are ideal for your Sunday School or other children's groups.
Resources for schools
We believe in the power of equipping the next generation to end leprosy and have a range of resources and ways to engage young people at school.
Our resources for primary schools are based on the book Bela, by Mia Hadrill and Jessica Kettle. Bela is a story about a young girl from India who is diagnosed with leprosy. In our resources tailored for EYFS, Key Stage One and Key Stage Two you'll find plenty of ideas for activities across the whole curriculum, plus a digital version of the book to download.
You can also book a visit from one of our team or run your own school fundraising event.
Prayer resources for children
We want to encourage and equip households and schools to join us in supporting children and young people with specific prayers for children affected by leprosy. To help with this we have created resources to help them as they learn to pray for others.
